Service Description

After discovering what your individual constitution, or elemental nature, is and understanding your body type from an Ayurvedic perspective, you start to develop an awareness of what your doshas, or imbalances, are. Then, we begin the journey together to create a lifestyle plan that works well for you to come back into balance! There can be more than one follow-up consultation as a continuation after the initial consult, depending on your personal needs and preferences. If you want more help, that is what I am here for!
